Nowadays everybody knows that it’s all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Situated at the heart of Holborn, 26 Red Lion Square has the perfect location but the interior hadn’t had a refresh in almost 10 years. Our task was to come up with 3 design schemes along with new layouts, costs and programmes to show the building’s true potential in order to attract more tenants and generate more revenue.
